Access Open Batches Functions

After selecting an Open Batch, additional buttons at the top of the screen become active.

The Prepaid button becomes active if the customer has an open Prepaid. Settle to the Prepaid by clicking Prepaid selecting the appropriate Prepaid if necessary which adds the Prepaid column. Select the ingredients to be paid for with the Prepaid and select Settle.

Create a Batch or Item History report for the customer by clicking the History button. Select Batch History or Item History. See Order History Report for more information.

Select C.Stmnt, Customer Statement, select to view a Current or Historical Customer Statement for the chosen Customer.

To view current taxes and fees assessed on the Batch and modify by adding or removing taxes or fees, click Modify Fees.

Select to Split the billing of the current Fertilizer Batch between up to ten customers.

Select the Settle button or the F4 key to settle the Batch. For more information on Settling Orders, see Settling an Order.

- To duplicate this Batch, select Clone.

Void the batch.

- Save the Batch.

- Cancel the Batch.

- Close the Batch.

 

The following fields are available if Delivery Type Simple has been selected.

- Select to create the Batch.

- A two step process which first locks the batch from further changes and then prints the Blend Sheet.

- After the Batch is initially Blended, the Blend button updates to Revise. Select Revise to edit the Batch as needed and create a new Blend sheet which will indicate "Revise" in the title.

- Select to create a batch delivery.

- Select the drop down and select to print

  • Quote- Print the Quote for any Fertilizer Batch Quotes. Be aware that a Quote no longer include blend analysis information when a Registered Fertilizer Blend is selected.
  • Blend Sheet- Available after the Batch has been blended.
  • Pro-forma Invoice- An document indicating transfer of ownership of a Batch that has not been Settled. Be aware that a Pro-forma Invoice no longer include blend analysis information when a Registered Fertilizer Blend is selected.
  • Delivery Ticket- Print a copy of the Delivery ticket.
  • Fertilizer Label- Create a Label
  • Batch Ingredient Detail- Create a simplified list of the ingredients and weights for a Batch.
